Six months of coaching and mentoring across three critical areas

Individual Leadership Coaching:

Strengths-based coaching leveraging 360-degree feedback, focused on building authentic and adaptable leaders who are outcome-focused and increase team engagement. Eight individual 60-minute coaching sessions over six months.

Team Coaching

Team self-assessment against high performance, with action planning to enhance results delivery through improved team alignment, ways of working, and communication. Seven 90-minute team coaching workshops to build the foundations of high-performing teams.

Capability building sessions

Capability development and implementation support on key topics such as alignment on objectives and key results, ways of working to enhance team performance, and contemporary leadership skills such as trust, psychological safety, resilience, and supportive leadership. All tailored to the individual needs of the team and organizational context. Four 90-minute capability-building sessions.
