Who is Matt Brown?
Hello there! I am Matt, here with my beautiful family saying Au-revoir to the Sun, our New Years eve tradition.
I began my leadership career in the UK with Procter & Gamble, then transitioned to Nestlé, working both internationally and within the UK. Since then, I have had the honour of working with incredible organisations, assisting them in transformation, including Cadbury, Lion (an Australasian brewer), and most recently, Pfizer. While I spent the first half of my career leading teams focused on the Toyota Production System and Lean methodologies, over the past 10 years, I have built my expertise in sales and marketing, innovation, change, and most recently, Agile, serving as the leader of the global Enterprise Agile coaching team for Pfizer. That’s 25 years of coaching teams, leaders and leaders of leaders.
I enable leaders and organizations to become more adaptable and responsive to change by leveraging my expertise in Lean, Agile, innovation, and leadership development, coupled with a deep understanding of human value, to maximize potential. I am known to bring a calm, disciplined and methodical, yet creative approach to leadership that unlocks team performance and business value.
