Hi, I’m Matt
My business passion is developing authentic and constructive leaders. I have seen first-hand how this style of leader delivers superior and sustainable business results. This is supported by Gallup research that’s shows that higher the team engagement, the better the business outcomes. I have not only proven this through my leadership, but also through coaching other leaders to develop a more constructive and authentic style.
My approach is to start with the leader. Focusing on their values, principles, and strengths to bring ‘more of themselves’ to their leadership; then build higher engagement in teams through improved coaching, which drives increased trust, psychological safety and collaboration.
