About
Who you'll actually be working with.
I started in operations at Procter & Gamble in the UK, then Nestlé internationally, then Cadbury, Lion and Pfizer. First half of that was Toyota Production System and Lean at plant-floor depth. The second half was change, innovation and enterprise Agile — most recently leading global Agile coaches in Pfizer's global Enterprise Agile coaching function.
What I do now is coach the senior leaders running the organisations I used to run. The work tends to be calm, disciplined, methodical — and it tends to produce the kind of change that sticks after I've left.
